UAM STREETLIGHT MAINTENANCE

Commencing in 2008 through to 2016, Utility Asset Management contracted SCE to undertake all streetlight maintenance in the southern suburbs of Perth on the Western Power network.

SCE crews completed the following work:

​

• Streetlight luminaire changeovers

• Rewiring of streetlight installations

• Installations of streetlight control boxes 

• Testing and locating of underground faults

• Replacement of fuse cut-outs and red dots

• Bulb/PE cell replacements

• Commissioning of new streetlight installations

• Bulk globe replacements - maintenance of every streetlight in a chosen suburb
